Livar aims to become one of the largest modern and high-tech foundries with complete set of machinery in Europe that will offer its customers comprehensive technological solutions – from the planning stage to final mechanical processing of technologically challenging castings.
Livar’s vision and corporate goals shall be implemented with the help of a new sales strategy that includes experienced local representatives – agents who were invited to our recent first Sales Net Meeting. Two-day training included the presentation of Livar’s corporate goals and sales strategies. Livar also offered the expansion of good business practices on individual markets. Our company is currently undergoing the stage of approaching and developing new sales channels in Italy, DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Scandinavian markets (Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark), Benelux countries, CEE counties (Central and Eastern-European countries), Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), and France.
With the help of agents, we will be able to enter and develop markets with our own sales network at a faster pace, since we are certain that, in future, we will be able to reach and surpass the goals that were set, which will allow us to take care of the development of the company as well as that of Livar’s employees.
