Throughout history, people have strived to manage injuries, poisonings, and diseases. From this desire, medicine as a science and the resulting instructions for First Aid developed.
First aid knowledge needs to be constantly updated. The latter does not mean only the direct care of the injured, poisoned and suddenly ill. It also implies a form of interpersonal help and solidarity.
In the metal industry and foundry, the risk of various injuries and illnesses (such as heat stroke) is very high due to the presence of high temperatures. With the aim of refreshing our knowledge, we therefore organized a First Aid course, which was attended by 16 of our employees at the IVG location, so that they would be able to take appropriate action in the event of an emergency.
