72nd World Foundry Congress



On Sunday 22nd may the largest 72nd World Foundry Congress opened its doors under the support of The World Foundry Organization, which took place in the largest city in the Tokai region-Nagoya. Region is the largest automotive production cluster in the world.
The event lasted three days by lectures on quality, technology, management and was an excellent opportunity to meet foundrymen from around the world to exchange ideas in order to develop a common vision for the future of the global foundry industry.
Congress was attended by 850 delegates from around the world. Representatives from LIVAR were also present at the event and at this opportunity, we later on visited two domestic iron foundries; Aisin Takaoka Co., Ltd. in Matsubara Co., Ltd.
